Email [email protected]. Tell us what happened, whether you were using the web or iPhone app, and your app version. Don’t send passwords or confidential client files.

Sign-in and access

Beam uses your R.N.A Base account. Your organisation must give you access to Beam and the galleries you need. Contact your RNA administrator if you cannot sign in or a gallery is missing.

The iPhone app

Beam Photo needs iOS 26 or later. Install updates from the App Store. Camera and microphone permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings.

Uploads

If an upload is waiting, reopen Beam with a working connection and check its upload queue. Keep the original files until the upload finishes. Signing out may leave pending files on your device.
